Charlie pours time and a keen interest into understanding exactly what message you are trying to send and produces a cake that is both individual but draws out the sentiment intended in her design; without doubt she produces the most beautifully crafted cakes that I have found and her artwork is of very high quality. Inside the cake is absolutely delicious; the luxury fruit is very moist and packed with fruit whilst the sponge is melt in the mouth. The only problem that we have now, is that everyone wants a Charlie cake for their celebration and the size of cake has to increase with every order!"
